Rock Villa Relax City Resort

Very good location, and very friendly owner!

Walking distance from the city, quiet villa with a nice garden! Great host! He welcomed me very politely with coffee and fruits and told me a bit about the story of Mihintale. Made sure everything was of my liking and left me my space. The room was huge and very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I also had a chance to rent anice bike at the property for a fair price, to visit the temple and the city. Kapila also gave me some extra suggestions on what to visit there. You can tell they honestly want you to have a good experience without trying to sell some extra tour if you are not interested.

Nothing major, just be aware that at night there are some noises from the animals in the garden

It is run with one pf the most kind and generous person we have met so far. The rooms are spacious, there are option with AC and the area is amazing. Kapila and his wife prepare the food - amazing breakfast full of fruits and pancakes and dinners woth rice and curry or hoppers. Kapila is also a guide and he took us to Anuradhapura, he passionately talked about his culture, buddhism and history, which made us to know more and more. He treated us with such a good manner and always wanted to make us happy. You can also borrow bikes or learn to play their boardgame. Overall, we loved this stay, it was a beautiful experience and we will always remember this one. It was special.

There was nothing to not like.

Beautiful house and very clean appartements. We really enjoyed the history and beautiful nature of mihintale, helped by tipps from our host. Sadly had to continue or journey would have definetly stayed longer

3 days in Rock Villa. great advice , great meal very hearty and perfectly prepared. Kapila knows the surroundings perfectly he will give you a great guided tour with his tuk-tuk where you will understand absolutely everything about Minithale and Anuradhapura. He knows how to put you in confidence and help you on your journeys. It's memories full of our heads that we left. We recommend this guest house with your eyes closed.

Super friendly owner, they really cared for me. You can feel that they are just warmhearted and genuine people. thank you :)) Room and Bathroom were very clean plus very nice balcony area. You can reach the nice spots (stupa, archaeological etc) just by walking
