They canceled my second stay and I spoke with the person in charge and said they woul refund. Because they double booked and there response time very poor still waiting for my refund. Please advise.

La alberca e instalaciones..!! Increíble lugar, espero regresar pronto..!! La habitación excepcional.

Los bancos de la habitacion no estaban en las condiciones adecuadas, también recomendaría reemplazar los blancos de la cama, aunque estaban limpios ya se ven viejos..!!

"A wonderful place to be close to a lot and have an amazing view to enjoy"

Of course, the location is great. The apartment on the 8th floor has a nice view on the mountains and the Roof Garden pool on the 13th floor has an amazing view on all sides and the water is refreshing and clean. It's very easy to go out to eat as there are restaurants everywhere. However, we had brought some food to have breakfast on site and found out there were some useful utensils missing like a good kitchen knife to cut our food, a better quality cutting board than the one we saw and items to do the dishes like drying towel and a dripping rack to put the clean dishes in. Otherwise, the kitchen is rather well equipped and the appliances are of high quality.

Really nothing. The place is awesome although the size is a bit small for my taste.
