Venice New Luxury Penthouse - free parking and roof terrace

Man kann von Luxus sprechen 👍🏼 sehr schöne Bauweise, hochwertige Materialien, man bekommt das Gefühl, fast zu schade zum vermieten, aber wir waren sehr froh!

Kein sehr heißes Wasser, nur lauwarm.

Nasty mess!!!!  · Nothing- I don’t usually give bad reviews but this was pathetic! Firstly we had to pick up keys at this “Feel-Home” 2 person real estate company. They informed us that the elevator was not working and this one dude said “unlucky you”!!! They then took a credit card and charged 720 Euros for what he said incidentals. Now we didn’t know what that meant until we arrived at the property as there was no concierge no working elevator. Two seniors had to lug 2, 70lb bags up 5 f’ing flights of stairs. The building was old and decrepit, there was no handrails, there was no identification marks on the doors, as I was knocking on doors to find out where was our room. We just flew from California via Paris and were jet lagged and exhausted!!! Finally we somehow we got to our room. I immediately called my credit card company to cancel the card I just give to FEEL HOME REAL ESTATE COMPANY. Once in the apartment the place reeked of this Oder which smell like a gas leak, not sure what is was but had to close off one bedroom and use our gas sensor we brought with us. It didn’t detect anything but it was a very bad smell! We don’t smoke and chose a non-smoking room, but found cigarette butts on a window ledge, so the prior occupants smoked in the place! Also there is only 1 toilet in the when it was listed as 2 bathrooms. 2 bathrooms in California means there are 2 toilets, meaning they lied on the description of the place along with a working elevator. Will never work this FEEL HOME REALITY AGAIN!!! We made a huge mistake. Disliked  · FEEL HOME REALITY SHOULD MADE THIS RIGHT BY FIRST HAVING SOME EMPATHY AND SECONDLY EITHER SENDING SOMEONE TO ASSIST US OR FINDING ANOTHER EQUAL PLACE. Location and off street parking.

I normally dont't write reviews but this booking was very disappointing. Intermittent hot water (we experienced mostly cold showers). Notified the host and we were told the plumber looked at it and the system was very complex. Lack of cooking essentials, glasses etc in the kitchen. The handle on the one frypan that was supplied was about to fall off. The 2 saucepan lids were both missing plastic knobs. Minimal drinking glasses. I did request a choppping board, tea towels and tongs on the first day of a 4 day stay, they arrived the night before we left. The photos of the apartment were misleading - the retractable roof did not work and the bbq in the photo was missing. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was not attached and unsafe to use. Requested this to be fixed but alas it wasn't.

2 chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain privative.

Impossible d’utiliser la terrasse . Manque d’équipement ( pas de machine à laver comme annoncé , manque de vaisselle et équipement cuisine )

Great location beside public transport to Venice. Apartments was clean and spacious and parking was available and secure. Highly recommended. Also great communication from owner.

Not a complaint, maybe a little more delph, only 3 breakfast bowls for 4 of us. We also missed a coffee maker, was just a little single Moka pot.
