Enjoyed our stay would definitely come back

The pool service was amazing! Julian, Rodrigo, Raul and Manuel were very friendly, inviting and accommodating.The view from our room was spectacular and I was surprised with a slice of birthday cake. Unfortunately, that's the only positive review we can give. We upgraded to the members area for a better view. We were told that we would have a butler to help us with reservations, but we never met or talked to anyone. When we wanted to order room service, we noticed that there was an upcharge, which is fine, however, we did not have a telephone in our room. Julian, once again was available to help. I waited at the hibachi to make reservations for an hour. We were all told that the the guy who was going to help us would be there at 3, but finally at 4, a nice gentleman at the concierge put down my name. Thankfully, we were able to eat dinner there. Just FYI, you're given 2 beers per day in your room fridge. You're charged if you want more.

We loved all the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Always helped with our luggage and answered any questions. Our room was just ok. Didnt have hot water, and shower pipes were leaking from the ceiling. But it was clean and had a nice view of the ocean. We absolutely loved the pools and restaurants as part of the Krystal grand resort! Overall we absolutely loved our vacation here.

Pool was not heated lounge chairs in terrible condition children running up and down the halls of the hotel all hours of the night buffet breakfast good lunch and dinner not so good!!

Gabriel was a phenomenal expedia host! He went above and beyond with a slightly delayed check in and moved us to Krystal Grand where EVERYTHING was sensational!! The room, cleanliness and staff were stellar. Mostly thanks to the helpful, kind and knowledgeable Gabriel from Expedia Mexico. Thanks again Gabriel.

The staff was really accommodating and their service was great. Food at the restaurants were pretty good and the buffet had a large variety. The property definitely needs new furniture but other than that it was a beautiful place to stay. Nice pools and very walkable. The Belair is a sister property with Krystal grand so all of the amenities are shared. Gabriel, the Expedia concierge, was very considerate and constantly checked up on us to ensure our stay was wonderful. Pedro, the bartender, and many other staff members worked extremely hard around the clock and gave us a wonderful experience. Views on the 4th floor gave an amazing ocean view!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and facility were well cleaned and maintained. Sufficient dining options and nice drink and snack bar on the pool side.

Expedia was supposedly going to give a birthday gift/cake and it never happened.. the first day was a nightmare trying to figure out the room. Ismael and Jonathan were beyond great… Attentive and kind. Food was great, beach was amazing. Great stay overall
