Altitude by Krystal Grand Los Cabos – All Inclusive

I will start my review by saying that Gabriel our Expedia rep was amazing. Our vacation started off terribly because WestJet had delayed our flight and we weren’t able to get there until a day later than expected. Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely friendly staff and told we had been upgraded. We were brought to the Krystal Grand lobby where Gabriel then took over he made our experience great even after 2 long days of travel. I cannot say enough good things about this resort it was beautiful. My family and another stayed at Krystal Grand in Nuevo Vallarta last year and this property was way nicer. All of the staff were amazing and friendly, the restaurants exceeded expectations and were better than most all inclusive restaurants that I have been too. Overall this was resort was a 10/10 I will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. Check-in was smooth despite a delayed flight, and we were upgraded from the Bel Air section to a spacious room with a partial ocean view. Housekeeping was excellent, cleaning daily and restocking the mini-fridge without being intrusive. While our balcony lacked outdoor furniture, we used chairs from the dining table, so it wasn’t a big issue. The food was decent. The Mexican restaurant was our favorite, and the poolside snack bar had great lunch options like burgers, nachos, and pizza. Although the resort seemed short-staffed, the team worked hard and delivered great service. It was also easy to explore local dining options in San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. The staff were fantastic. Poolside service was efficient, and the bartenders at the lobby and sports bars were friendly, even during busy times. The entertainment staff made the stay memorable with fun activities like aqua aerobics, bingo, and a Super Bowl party. Nighttime entertainment could use more variety, though karaoke nights were enjoyable. The location is excellent, just a short drive from the airport. The sunrises were breathtaking and visible from almost anywhere in the resort. The beach was beautiful but unsafe for swimming due to strong currents. Walking along the shore and spotting whales was unforgettable, and the “whale bell” at the buffet was a charming touch. Overall, Krystal Grand lives up to its 4-star rating, and we’d happily return.

The staff were amazing. Gabriel at concierge was very helpful and attentive. Hugo at the Sky lounge bar was amazing. Super friendly they make you feel very welcomed. Property could be a bit more clean but besides that, great place to stay.

We did not actually stay at Bel Air Sun Club but were upgraded to the Palmilla at Krystal Grand. The concierge staff from Expedia were extremely helpful and were always there to help out. Great value for what we paid, the food and service were great.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, desde que llegas todos te atienden y explican todo muy bien, fuimos por nuestro aniversario y lograron que fuera una experiencia inolvidable, la única persona que fue cero amable y siempre parecía de malas fue la srita que te da las toallas para la alberca. fuera de ahí, todos los meseros fueron extra amables, en especial Pedro, Hugo y Julián. Las bebidas deliciosas y la comida muy buena, la alberca siempre estuvo limpia , el área del mar también súper bonita. Y el trato q Vale la pena en todos los aspectos

Overall, our stay was a great experience! The food was below average and the restaurant service was hit or miss, but the pool and front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Nice pools and vibes!

The staff at this property are wonderful, especially our concierge Gabriel. The property is nice, the rooms were clean and modern and the beach was lovely. The food is ok but even after dining at one of the restaurants, we would still end up at the buffet because it never seemed enough. We had some issues navigating a gluten allergy too as some of the menu items are mislabeled and the servers are not well informed. There isn't much to do in the evening which is likely fine for young families. We're a mid-forties couples and don't party or drink excessively but often found ourselves back in our room around 8:00 since there was much happening. Having said all that, we did have a pleasant and relaxing stay.
