Solaz, a Luxury Collection Resort, Los Cabos

Raul and Rafael were amazing butlers! They helped celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience while at the solaz. What I enjoyed most about this resort is that it was clean, sleek and very minimal. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was 5star! Jorge at the Mako was also our waiter and he was also amazing and very attentive to our needs. I will be back in Cabo and when I come back I will be sure to visit the solaz again!

Wanted to like this hotel because the grounds are beautiful. But we found a live cockroach on the first day here. Showed the front desk but didn’t feel like we were compensated well given the situation. We went from an ocean view room to a partial ocean room. We were also first given the furthest room from the kids pool. They have adult pools and kids pools, you would think they would put you closer to the kids pool. We had two young kids and walk and carrying them in this heat across the hotel was rough. While the grounds are beautiful, service was not amazing and just didn’t feel luxury at all.

This place is amazing. You will never experience service like you will at this resort. They truly want to make sure your vacation is perfect. The grounds are the best over ever seen. The landscaping is ridiculous. It’s a pretty chill place. The ocean is rough. You could swim but it’s not for kids or enjoying the water. The beach is pretty but you don’t really hang out there. The pool area is awesome. The rooms are great and the place is stunning. The people are what make this place truly special and unlike anywhere I’ve been. It’s not overly expensive but the liquor pours in the restaurants could be bigger. They go pretty light on those. The pool is fine but at the restaurants the wine pours were not great. Only con. Rafael - he handled most everything for us. He was unbelievable. I can’t stress enough what an amazing employee this guy is. You should be promoting him quickly. You have a star already in your organization. You have a problem Rafael would get it solved immediately. Amazing guy. Raul - great guy made some awesome dinner suggestions and helped get reservations. Helped us a ton throughout. Just a great guy always willing to make your day better. Andrea - amazing server at the pool. Always made sure she got my order correct. Always had my sour cream with every taco. Omar- this guys the best. Always smiling and happy. Willing to help with anything. Always went out of his way to say hi and make sure everything was good. Esmeralda- helped my wife everyday with coffee Karla - was an amazing server both at the pool and the restaurant. Great person to talk with. Super great Alphonso- made some great tequila suggestions at the pool bar. Great place with the best people

Solaz was a beautiful resort with the the highest quality and excellence in customer service, amenities, and overall experience. Hands down an experience from the moment you step foot on the property. I will no doubt be back. Thank you for a wonderful time! Till next time…

Absolutely gorgeous. Immaculate property. Plenty of friendly and available help with any needs. Room was beautiful. Pools with swim up bar was a daily stop. one negative, the sushi restaurant on property was terrible. I'm not sure if it really is part of the resort or not, but service, food not impressed. We stayed here last year and will stay here again sooner than expected. This is heaven.

Amazing hotel with incredible service! Benjamin was our Artisan Butler and made the whole trip an even more memorable experience. All the staff was extremely attentive and helpful! Been to Cabo a few times now but I will be staying at the Solaz from now on.

Amazing architecture-perfectly curated rooms and facilities

Second time staying here and it did not disappoint! It is clean, beautiful & relaxing. Josue and Benjamin were the most helpful and kind people and were always very responsive in helping us with anything we needed. Highly recommend!!
