Beautiful property. Staff attentive

Room leaked water puddle when we woke up. No shower pressure. Cockroach in room. Noise early in the morning. TV didn't work. Drinks ordered at the bar were not good and expensive.

Loved the property! It was stunning, and the views were truly amazing. Pools were heated decently ( we stayed in early March). Staff was great and very attentive. Rooms are beautiful and very clean. About 15 minutes away from the Marina. Had a massage by the beach and it was also fantastic!!!

Not any shows or nightlife to speak of. Also, the food was just a little above average for a resort. Restaurants are typically all outside, so...if it's cold or hot outside ...it just is. The room was freezing and called to the front desk. They said all of the rooms are kept at the coldest, so they just sent up more blankets. We had 5 extra blankets on for 4 nights and still froze. The next day, we saw a maintenance man about it. He came straight up and fixed it in 5 minutes.

The staff was amazing, the resort was beautiful and very clean. The food was delicious.

We did have one hickup, and that was it took almost an hour for them to bring my daughters food. They had given her food to someone else. But they were very apologetic, and I appreciate that.
