Food was really good! Typically with All Inclusive's, I expect to be eating average or subpar food but this hotel had great options. My favorite restaurant on the property was the trajinero! Staff was also very kind. Gustavo, working at the Patio restaurant by the pool was the best! He was eager to help my group and always had a great attitude! He was a big part of our trip being so great!

Service was a little slow at some of the restaurants. Not all restaurants are slow but most are on the slower side. We also had a little issue with our towels. We would put our dirty towels on the shower floor, as requested, they would get taken but new towels would not be provided so we were short on towels a few days and had to share.

What I really liked about the property was the location, the view, and the staff. Upon arrival, the room booked through booking was not as described, we did not have ocean views although it was explained ocean view means you can lean out and see the ocean from your balcony which we could, but we did not have a separate living space which was absolutely necessary since I was traveling with two female friends. I spoke to the concierge and she offered an upgrade at what I thought was a fair price and the room we were given was absolutely gorgeous and we had our own private Butler, who I thought was more like a concierge. There was a large variety of restaurants and the service was always good. Our Butler Enrique was amazing and I did the club sales tour, which was kind of like a timeshare and I didn’t feel that it was too high-pressure when I said no.

What I didn’t like about the property was you could not walk on the beach. The coastline was very rocky and the resort is built into a hill so you are not close to the ocean as it looks in the pictures, but the views are spectacular. Another thing we did not like was while it was all inclusive, room service was not part of your all inclusive and you could not bring food from the restaurant to your room. I also didn’t like the fact that you had to sign and close out your bar tab every hour. I would not book through Booking.com again because I feel you do not get the top-of-the-line rooms that are promised in the description and you end up getting leftovers.

Great location away from the buzz of Cabo. Exceptional service and attention to detail. Felipe is the absolute best bellman! Wonderful selection of restaurants, pools, and activities in this gated resort. So glad we booked here.
