Better communication from shuttle service when they drop you off at the Marina. Just to let people know exactly who to get up with and EXACT pick up location.

The pools and jacuzzis were amazing, especially the adults only with a swim up bar. The food was delicious. Staff was friendly. I also loved the amenities in the room, view, and balcony furniture.

The bed was very uncomfortable, way too hard. One of the rooms was freezing even with the AC turned off and there was a constant weird sound. The resort was farther from the Marina and downtown than I anticipated.

The property was very appealing by as a wedding venue, however when we arrived the staff did nothing to accommodate requests set us up with a 4 hours residency "presentation" and did not even follow through with everything they promised for attending. Pool staff was friendly and recognized lots of their residents.

The staff involved in wanting you to buy into the property were rude, didn't take our written "not willing to commit" comment very seriously when we made it clear we did NOT want to be involved. They continued to pass us along to another pitch with agents to sweeten the deal and attempt to change our minds. Even knowing we came to view the location as a potential wedding venue, not to be treated like money bags. I walked out of the presentation crying because I was so stressed that I spent half my day saying NO and not being heard. Awful customer service, overall my wedding venue walk through appointment was not even seen through because their staff forgot with no sympathy to redeem themselves for their short comings. Only one staff member expressed interest in reporting how much we paid for one day of all inclusive to his manager and we were left disappointed again with no one following up to the report after leaving our phone number with the front desk.

Beautiful property with great food and drinks. Loved having a one bedroom suite with plenty of room. Spa was gorgeous. Staff was so nice and always helpful.

The beds are very hard which made for poor sleep. The couches, chairs, and pillows were all equally hard as well making being physically comfortable difficult. The specialty restaurants required reservations which were hard to get and then when we got them the restaurants were only half full. They also didn’t allow walk-ins at all. It’s like they were still enforcing social distancing.
