"A couple of issues occurred and the lack of response to our reported issues dulled what could have been a better experie"

Toilet running continuously. Right sink hot tap didn’t work reported this on day 1 of a 3 day stay with no response to our report during nor after our stay As this is privately owned hotel reception could not address our concerns.
