Disappointing stay – Misleading listing and unhelpful management Review: I booked this property specifically for its advertised access to pools, hot tubs, and a lazy river, which were all unavailable upon arrival. This was extremely frustrating, as those amenities were the main reason for choosing this location. The room also had issues: the safe was locked and unusable, and the TV only had one working channel. When I contacted the front desk, I was told they couldn’t assist because the unit was privately owned—something I wasn’t made aware of during the booking process. I reached out to Expedia and was initially offered a refund and alternative accommodations. However, the refund has since been disputed, and I’ve been left without resolution. Overall, this stay was not as described and I would not recommend this property

Honestly the hotel is amazing, the location is great, the staff were wonderful, but for the cost the bed was a bit too firm for us. But we definitely want to stay again! We loved it for a couples weekend in Vegas!

Very clean and comfortable room. I only had one issue and it might not be a concern for others. The pipes and sinks gurgled and made lots of noise. They never backed up but I was concerned at times they would. Very convenient to the lobby and Uber. But a lengthy walk down to get to the strip.

Everything was fantastic! We had requested a late check-out due to flight schedule and the host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend staying here to anyone!

After waiting all day to check in, we get in our room and discover the shower was broken. They said they couldn’t put us in another room and gave me a number for maintenance. Called maintenance and got no answer. Ended up leaving and staying at the Wynn instead. Best decision I could have made.
