The property itself nice!

The host of the PENTHOUSE no communicated. I called several times / txt NONE the entire trip did he /she respond /apologize . I will neverrr book this penthouse again .

Free valet parking was a huge bonus! even though you had to wait a little while for your car, assuming as the hotel is so big. The restaurant on site was nice to grab lunch from, and we didn't use the pool area. The suit was really lovely, although I'm not sure it was worth the £300+ per night. I do understand that it is expensive to stay near the strip, but this felt very high especially given we weren't in the main hotel. The room was lovely and clean and we had a good view from out balcony!

The staff were not very helpful and the lady on the desk was very rude to us and spoke very abruptly! we spent 3 weeks in the US and stayed at 10 different places, this was the worst service we received at the most expensive hotel! The rude lady checked us in to our room, for us to then find the cleaners were still in there!

The location was great. Sometimes it’s nice to now have to go through a casino lobby to get outside. Issues with the room were sorted quickly though the staff at the front desk were unable to assist us with anything as the condo is private and not connected to MGM management. Front desk woman was not just unhelpful she was unpleasant. Lots and plenty of clean towels. Lots and plenty of toiletries and hot water. NO RESORT FEE !!!!!! Quiet room. Very Comfy bed.

The room was clean but clearly dated. Slow drain of bathroom sink. Pointed out to manager who offered to come and sort it out asap. We got two Coffee pods and then could not purchase more anywhere. We thought it would be nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. We only had one wine glass. Others were available. You see these issues are so small and overall the condo was a pleasure.

The only thing that was misleading about the place is there is not a bedroom. In Las Vegas you call it a bedroom if there is a living area separate from the room you sleep in. This is a studio suite at best, shame on you Also it said pay at the property which was the plan and the option I chose, not place a reservation and 3 minutes after that it will be attempted on your card. That was extremely dissatisfactory in my opinion.

I like everything

Great room to be honest and we loved having a good size kitchenette in it with all appliances. The bathroom was as well very spacious and the beds were of a good quality.

I would have preferred the sofa bed to have been ready when we arrived
