Lucky Gem Penthouse Suites at Signature

Liked everything about it. Perfect location, easy access to anything and anywhere.

The bed had major “dips” in it where you sink into bed and the pillows were very thick and kinked our necks.

The property itself was fantastic and the room was great

I didn’t like that when we checked in we were informed that we couldn’t take advantage of any of the hotels amenities. We were not allowed to order room service to the room or use the private lounge which is why we booked this room, we also had the entry light flickering all night in our room and the hotel said “we can’t do anything about it as it’s a private owned” Extremely frustrated to have had it advertised on booking.com to have access to amenities and not be allowed into them.

The balcony provided a great scenery at night and we were away from all the Strip traffic! AND this room has a microwave and fridge...until you stay at a handful of hotels you won't know how lucky we were.

All three times we requested our car from valet they took a long time. Guest who were coming out before our car came way after we requested ours! The 2nd time made us late to our dinner reservation!

Nice location, nice view

Literally got the room for the “spa bathtub” that was broken and didn’t work for the “spa effect” The bed didn’t make me feel I was staying in a suite. Hard and seemingly old

The room is very spacious and clean. We had a great view of the fireworks for New Years Eve. Our patio faces the strip. The front desk, concierge, and valley are all polite and helpful.

The valet closes our gets full very early. It puts you parking in the garage at the MGM, and the walk is a little far. Luckily, we were in tower one this time, so it's not as bad as when we stayed in tower 3. They do validate for the parking when this happens.

Clean and nice alternative to staying at a casino but close enough to the strip.
