Rude staff I Complain to booking.com but they never replay I got x Confirmation of a penthouse (7-900 sqm) I got 60sqm on a high floor I for sure not got what I paid for

Horrible experience we missed our flight and they wouldn’t even allow us to change our dates so basically we paid $1100 to stay 1 1/2 nights plus a $200 deposit when we got there, then I purposely got a room with a patio not knowing I couldn’t smoke a cigarette on my patio but I guess one of the neighbors on their patio called the front desk to complain so they called me and told me there’s no smoking on the property so I let them no I was unaware and I would not smoke again which I didn’t but then some security guard came banging like he was the police saying there’s no smoking, I told him I was just informed of that but he insisted on making the situation more serious than it was. Well my husband and I went walking on the strip and when we got back 2hours later our key wouldn’t open the door so we went to the front desk and were told we were going to have to pay a $500 fee for smoking earlier or we would not be able to get back in our room, so we had no choice but to pay it. Also if you are a Black American this is not somewhere you want to stay and I am not one to pull the race card but I felt very uncomfortable and stereotyped staying there and we were treated very poorly. The only good thing about this trip was I made it to see my favorite group Coldplay 🥰

The unit could be more female friendly like a toaster and directions on how to use the coffee maker. Unit owner- well would have been nice to communicate by phone instead of notes.

I loved the staff were great and helped out in every way. My check wasn’t till four. We got there early. They gave us a pass to go to the pool until it was ready. They also checked our bags and had them brought up when it was time for check in so we didn’t have to worry about keeping up with them. The room and the view was gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, clean when standing out on the balcony you had a beautiful view just like in the picture above we also like how the hotel towers were connected where you didn’t have to walk outside to get to the strip you can walk through the hotel. I would stay here again when traveling everything from check-in to check out was with ease and no issues.

Being that we stayed in the penthouse I wish they would have been some type of a sign on the bar stating if the coffee was complementary or or did you get charged a fee some places when you go into rooms it’s usually complementary but being that this is the penthouse. I was not sure I was a first time stay here in this hotel and first time staying in the penthouse, so I was a little, unsure if I was able to use it or not without being in charged extra other than that, I had no complaints everything was wonderful.
