Lumina at Cardinal San José del Cabo

Initially I thought it would be okay. This hotel is right next to a hospital so, there will be sirens. I only ended staying there about 30 minutes and just had to get out due to feeling unsafe.

La propreté était vraiment pas acceptable. Des taches roses et rouges sur les serviettes de bain, des taches et poils sur le canapé en arrivant..

Appartamento moderno, luminoso, grandissimo, molto confortevole, posizione perfetta e centrale, parcheggio privato sotterraneo, zona tranquilla e silenziosa, bagno bellissimo con doccia enorme, letto comodo, ideale anche per soggiorni lunghi, cucina attrezzata, terrazza all’ultimo piano meravigliosa con piscina fantastica! Ho apprezzato molto anche il depuratore per bere acqua potabile e riempire borracce e bottiglie!

The apartments are nice and spacious and the pool area is fantastic and as described. Location is good and the people at the front desk are super nice. It's a great place to stay if you get the apartment you choose at the time of booking.

We didn't get the apartment we booked which was disappointing. Lumina said that the apartment we booked was no longer in the program. The apartment we stayed in had no window in the living room, which was a bit odd. Loving light, I would have never booked that. Lumina did not offer up another apartment, but they gave us a discount. It took a while for the discount to actually happen, but it did eventually. But I would have rather stayed in the apartment we booked. It would have been nice if they had given us a heads-up before our trip, so we had a choice.

The location cannot be beat. It’s amazing! The rooftop Will and Jenn are beautiful and overlook everything. We will definitely return here.

We stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first room the AC did not work and neither did the hot water. So we got sweaty and then we couldn’t take a shower and unless you wanted a very cold shower.

Location along with the amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful.

La douche est mal conçue et l’eau coule à l’extérieur de la porte et comme elle est près du lit on devait mettre des serviettes pour empêcher que ça coule dans la chambre. Ils ont tenté de réparer mais c’est la conception le problème! Donc à chaque douche on devait prévenir les dégâts!
