The location in downtown by the square was great. Restaurants and shops walkable. Security staff was excellent and owners responsive to requests. Room was clean.

Shower was uncomfortable. The water was either too hot or room temperature, nothing in between could be established.

Loved the location & the beautiful rooftop pool area. The staff at the front desk were just exceptional! Sophie & Alberto couldn’t have been more helpful! The apartment was very nice & comfortable.

The couch in our unit was uncomfortable if you sat on it for a length of time.

The rooftop has an incredible view to the downtown and the mountains. Truly the best part of staying at lumina.

The apartment wasn’t spotless, we found some “trash” from previous tenants, like toothpaste cap on the floor, and the towels had stains…
