Todo estaba excelente! Teníamos más de lo que necesitábamos. El baño un poco apretado pero todo lo demás increíble. La ubicación es estupenda todo es caminable por la zona. La recepción 24h hace el acceso muy amigable y agradecemos que sea PET Friendly

Very clean, easy check in, and was very nice overall.

The elevator broke for nearly an entire day. Staying on the ninth floor was brutal for that. I also got sick from drinking what they described as “potable water.”

Ramon the security guard was amazing also Ale the woman at the front desk was very helpful

Man hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt! Das Personal war extrem lieb und hilfsbereit. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Bequemenes Bett und gute Lage!

Die Straße ist sehr laut. Aber es gab Oropax!

The location was great and security downstairs was great. Only thing is one of them a skinny younger security guard was inappropriate with the way he'd look at my partner and made her feel uncomfortable.

The AC unit did not work so the room was hot and stuffy and when I asked them to fix it they didn't and I had to ask again for them to actually swap it for anew one. Also I paid more for a smaller room compared to the rooms my friends got that were bigger with working AC and they paid less.

It’s an excellent location close to all the good spots in Roma Norte, nice modern design, comfy bed

Our bedroom was right on a main road with a huge window infront of the bed so not very cosy and very loud. They also didn’t clean the room for the week that we stayed there which we thought would have been nice.

Great location and apartments with all that you need, lovely and attentive staff make it a great stay.

Location was great! High security building. I really liked the setup of our room, it felt clean and nice. The rooftop space is cool and has a great view of the city. Wifi was good & the room had a smart TV. Nice little kitchenette too.

Our room was missing a couple of things, the sound machine & the french press. Also, we arrived early before check-in and weren't actually able to get into our room until after check-in. The check-in process was definitely a bit much, so make sure to do that in advance if you're on a tight schedule.
