La stanza estremamente rumorosa alle 6 del mattino sembra di essere con il letto per strada. Rumore assordante ed anche i tappi per il rumore che forniscono sono insufficienti.

The hotel charged me for services that were never provided and refused to issue a refund. The Booking.com listing contained misleading photos and incorrect refund policy information. Before check-in, I was not provided with any documents explaining the hotel’s actual policies or refund conditions. After the incident, the hotel also refused to provide any official written explanation justifying the non-refund. Upon arrival, the room I had booked simply did not exist. I was offered a different room that was not shown on the website and did not match the description. After I complained, I was pressured to stay and promised the issue would be resolved the next day. After a sleepless night, I checked out. There were also serious safety and procedural violations: at 6 pm there was no manager on site, and the security guard did not speak English and provided no documents or proper check-in procedure. The hotel later claimed they could not change or cancel the reservation, while Booking.com stated that only the hotel could do so. This contradiction has dragged on for days. Nearly 500 euros were withheld for services not provided, accompanied by rude and unprofessional communication. I am currently preparing a formal complaint together with a lawyer and my bank. After this experience, I discovered multiple similar complaints on other platforms. This is not an isolated case. Read reviews carefully before booking — this hotel shows a pattern of charging guests for services that are not delivered.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They were always available to resolve any issues which I really appreciated. The rooms themselves are nice and modern and fully equipped. The building location is fantastic for getting around the city or just walking around the neighborhood.

Though the location is great for getting around, it’s on a very busy/loud street. They did provide earplugs but even then it was sometimes hard to sleep.
