The location is great. Walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

The sitting area in the kitchen/living area was a bit small for the average person to use.

It was very noisy and the AC was not great

The staff were attentive and helped with any problem. Flour was really nice. Any issue was resolved quickly such as the internet access. The apartment was clean, location was ideal and the noise wasn’t too bad.

The check in process was a bit tedious but otherwise no complaints.

The room and the main areas were clean.

Overall this place is a tourist trap, they trapped me in a non refundable stay where they had absolutely no intention of providing the service i requested. On top of that the management is absolutely awful towards the staff. And control freaks towards the guests as well overall that’s not a place that should be allowed to operate the way they are. The price is not cheap for what they were offering non ventilated over heated rooms with cheap plastic sheets on beds and really flimsy furniture in an over brander set up the fact that they decorate with their name all over the room was making really awkward to work from there because it was a real challenge to find an angle to have video meeting without their name in the back.. Overall this is a chain that i will actively avoid from now
