Lovely atmosphere and decoration. Generally clean. The staff was always helpful and replied quickly on WhatsApp. Easy check-in and check-out and great location. Also, the most comfortable bed ever!

The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and even hand soap were all empty and not refilled even though we kindly asked for that. Bring your own soap and shampoo! :) The bathroom door is really loud because it is a metal (kinda outdoor) one. There should be a bigger iron board, because you basically have to put the really small one onto the bed or floor to iron.

AC was consistent and excellent. Furnishings were beautiful. Easy to access and in a great location.

Could not find lighting for the entryway/foyer. So you are walking into a dark room and can only see a staircase 40 steps in front of you. That did not feel inviting or most importantly it did not feel safe. There are lamp shades hanging from the ceiling but they are not wired for electricity and no table lamps etc. Need lighting in that front room!
