Great location and comfy bed

Awesome location beautifully decorated rooms especially room 5! I love the lamp shades so much I’m going to look everywhere to find that again! Good coffee maker and a fridge! Sadlly the shower didn’t work … it was hot then cold then hot They said it was a problem with the tank and a pause would reset it. But that didn’t help When they fix that the place will be awesome . Unless you’re sensitive to noise The the restaurant downstairs is noisy Even with just two people…..it’s not a big place but it echos 🥹 they played a game until 11pm … just under room 3 After that it was very quiet and we got a good night sleep That’s the whole experience You can walk everywhere from the hotel and we loved that too! Gotta try Jacques restaurant and Basartdos ! Great food

Perfect boutique hotel, really comfortable bed, soft bedding, shower pressure is the best I ever had anywhere, the location is perfect, not on a hill so you can easily walk to the center where the main church is in 5 minutes, it is close to center but in a quiet area and in a super cute street with so many flowers. Many cute small restaurants and coffee places in the area. Would 100% stay here again. The room ceiling was beautiful

Good location, clean room, good wifi

The photos were VERY misleading. The only window in our room gave onto the common corridor which means we had to close the blinds all the way down and effectively lived in a dark cave for 4 days. This is not like other pictures that were advertised for our rate which showed a bright room. It was also smaller. Also, we could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next to us, the downstairs and corridor. No intimacy. Next, I want to talk about the awful shower which was painful on the skin even at a low pressure. Felt like a punition every time. Finally, while cleaning staff came, they never changed our towels until we asked them 3 days in (and then they said that we need to ask holt property and not them). Finally, please note there are no common areas and no staff onsite. Overall such a poor poor value for what you get.

Location was beyond perfect on the most beautiful quiet street. Walking distance to everything, no transportation needed . Staff was lovely and the beds were so comfortable . Exceptional value!

Upstairs Problems with A/C Only 1 towel for 5 day stay No way to heat up food

The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding were so comfortable. Plenty of hot water. In a really great location close to everything including Andy's Tacos and the Inside Cafe and Lavanda. Del Pueblo is a beautiful quiet street. A really wonderful place to stay. Self check in is fairly easy.

The public space is less inviting. They poured a new concrete floor one day with barely any space to walk to the stairs, but that will be dry when you get here. Nobody who works in the office there can help you.
