HOLT Hotel del Pueblito

Nice and clean

Self -service hotel, I had to wait 2 hours to be able to check in and be able to get inside the building.... No one on the spot.... Management is complicated through HOLT.

Good location, beautiful room.

There is no front desk or on-site staff and we did not manage to contact the management for information, they were unresponsive on messaging and Whatsapp. This, together with the substantial cleaning fee, makes it more of an AirBnB experience than a hotel, despite the name.

The hotel is conveniently located and on a Beautiful Street! It was perfect for my needs…

Great little place. Good value. Excellent location.

There are no hotel staff on site and there is a small bar/restaurant downstairs. Although there is rarely anyone in the bar/restaurant and it closes at 10pm, the staff are very loud. Lots of laughing and they were having a good time. Which is great, but not if people are trying to sleep. I think perhaps the staff downstairs could be a bit more considerate of sleeping guests.

Comfortable bed. Dependable wifi. Good location. Cute room.

I did not get the room I paid for (supposed to be suite and it was a studio with no seating or dining area where I was going to work). HOLT did not respond to my two emails. Then the bathroom plumbing backed up and there was poop in the shower. HOLT did respond to my message via Booking but the worker could not fix the plumbing. HOLT said there were no other rooms. I had to shower at my cousin’s house. BTW there are no signs saying you can’t flush toilet paper and I have stayed at a zillion Mexican hotels where it isn’t a problem. After I checked out, HOLT never responded to my messages but thankfully my credit card credited me for the stay.

Super noisy. You can hear every single person and thing outside your room. The room was in good condition and looks like the pictures but no one is really there on site like a traditional hotel and the codes are tricky for the doors.Don’t recommended if you want to sleep without noise especially with the restaurant below. Would not stay here again.

Very comfy and perfect for our stay. The location was great and on a beautiful street. We would definitely stay again!
