"We have enjoyed our stay in the apartment - if not the smell and the mosquitos, it would be great."

Great location, well equipped, good size apartment, nice pool. The contact with the managment was very good. They were responsive and very nice. We have asked for an additional cleaning after a week of our stay and we have got it.

Poor ventilation (the room has an AC but there is no air circulation unless you open the door. The room smelled like it was closed and not used for a long time as we entered it and it was this way for our entire stay (2 weeks). Keeping the door open did not help to get rid of it as there is no ventilation. Our apartment was on the ground floor, so there was a lot of mosquitos in the evening. It would be nice if the room had a mosquito net as the next one had. The room was not cleaned properly upon our arrival (one of the towels and some liniens were dirty, the floor was dusty) but we asked for additional cleaning and the next day the cleaner showed up.

**DO NOT STAY HERE** this posting is falsely advertised and you will be stuck here or having to pay for a whole new place at your expense. Expedia only attempts to contact the property but if the property doesn’t pick up the phone they just close the ticket. Regardless of what the ticket is for… ie: linens, towels any hostable need- property just ghosts. This property is ran down and nothing is provided- no shampoo, soaps, cleaning supplies- nothing. It seems like a good deal to be right outside the city but it’s not you will fully regret going here and be stuck or scrambling to get a new place. This property should be removed for stealing travelers money. They knowingly ignore the calls and you are just stuck. **DONT STAY HERE**
