"Amazing place but wouldn't stay again."

Place was beautiful

Not a hotel as expected. More of an airbnb. No front desk/service help. Had to find room on my own walking around with my luggage. No room service only for extra. Door does not lock!! Never got told how to fix it. Hot tub broken, always cold. Everything in the kitchen was dirty and had to be cleaned/washed. Water from sinks/shower smelled horrible. TV remote didn't work and when asked for help was not replied to.
