XP Tulum

The staff was exceptionell freindly and helpfull. The room was VERY good value and very beatiful.

Room was a little unclean.

Comfortable bed, good wifi, basic gym and decent kitchen and excellent air conditioning (when working)

We were allocated a room we didn’t book. No washing machine on the property. They offered to get our laundry done, but then it went missing and we had to check out without our belongings. It was eventually located but we had to return to Tulum to collect it.

the pool and the look of it

the staff from the adjacent restaurant was quite unhelpful, it was hard to find someone to help us get another blanket, they also insisted on receiving more tip after dinner there, after we already gave them some tip. there were not enough towels and the ones that were there were dirty and even wet (bath mat) and the sheets were also dirty.

Nice place. The air condition and wifi is good. The staff is friendly.

There isn’t room cleaning service. We asked 1 time and they charged 800 pesos. No new toilet paper, no towel changing. The water in the pool has some chemical thing and destroy your swimsuit and make it to yellow.

Very nice hotel. Had everything you needed to cook. Full fridge, stove top, microwave. I personally don't want to cook when I'm on vacation.

No front desk, no phone, no one came by to empty garbage.

Great location, clean. Pool area lovely and quiet. Excellent upkeep of complex. Restaurant very close and short walk into town

more pillows and fresh towels would be useful if they could be stored in the property. WiFi went down when away and wasn’t resolved. Chairs for lower balcony would be helpful

Good location near to cool places in 10 minutes walk

The main road is busy and wide

The WiFi wasn’t working well but overall it was an excellent experience
