Hyatt Place Newark-Main Street

unfortunately the noise level was unbearable. I could hear everything happening out on Main Street. motorcycles, people yelling, and even loud music and this was only on a Tuesday night.

Very nice place with solid staff and excellent rooms. Bar is great.

Overall hotel is beautiful. However room was not visited by housekeeping entire weekend. I wasnt sure if i had to request to have bed made or garbage emptied out. Everything else was great so i let it slide

Very nice hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and everything in working order. The covered parking garage is a great touch!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my teenage daughter as we checked out University of Delaware. Everything about this hotel was great - the location right in the middle of Main Street; the room was modern, clean and quiet; the breakfast was plentiful and varied each day; the staff was helpful & friendly; the lobby bar looked fun, etc. Parking under the building was easy (get your ticket validated at front desk each time you park). We would definitely stay here again if our daughter decides to attend UD, even though we are usually loyal to Marriott properties.
