The staff at this Hilton was the best we have ever experienced. That said, their digital key system is greatly lacking. Their IT people were either off for the week or had no clue what was happening. The elevator unlocked when I walked past it. The door to my hallway would only open when the handle went up and refused to open when the handle went down. I was never able to open my room door with the digital key. They wrote up a trouble ticket and after 4 rekey attempts we gave up. And yes we rebooted the app and completely shut it down several times. Several people staying here complained about the bathtub and showers being slick. The handicap bars were weirdly placed and didn’t help navigating with the super slick tub. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Aside from that the room was well appointed and the view of Fishers Peak was beautiful. I’ll stay here again and maybe take my own bath mat.

Everything was great except the shower with Very little pressure and hard to regulate the temperature. The Air Conditioner wouldn't get cold and kept shutting off during the night.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff are fantastic. They have an on-site restaurant with a bar. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A great little snack shop area with muffins, chips, etc. Free parking. It's the most beautiful grounds I've seen at any hotel. Patio to sit by the little creeks, beautiful plants, and trees. They have horseshoes, volleyball, and corn hole available. If you like old architecture, Trinidad is the place to stop at. They have some great old buildings. We will return
