Ii loved the look and feel of your hotel. It looks new and inviting.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work. The shampoo container in the shower was empty, and the shower control lever was not working properly. It took me a long time to get any hot water, and it just didn't work like it should have. The pool was nice, but there was water all over the walk areas around the pool, and a ton of wet towels were strewn all over the pool area.
