Jacob Lake Inn

Horrible- one slice of thin processed turkey on a “club” sandwich - UNACCEPTABLE and I called the establishment as soon as I saw the sandwich as I drove away… called and EXCUSES and ZERO accountability or help! Waste of money on greasy unhealthy- side of soggy old green beans! Nothing was edible- thrown in the trash and waited for a while for my food…

A quaint stop out of history. Very charming, local inn with a fireplace, a counter to have your meals, a convenience store, and also right outside the road to the north rim, with Vermillion Cliffs NM right down the road.

A great place to stay, friendly staff and good food. Unfortunately the heater in our bedroom was not working and, due to the altitude, and the very cold weather we were absolutely frozen.

Good quiet position for going into North Rim Grand Canyon and has an excellent restaurant. We were in the hotel out the back with no fridge or microwave. No way to make a hot drink(and it snowed) so have to walk back to the main inn. Not safe in the dark. Claimed a fire risk meant no coffee maker etc but that made no sense as curtains cover heater at night which is a fire risk so we turned it off. Room a good size and good shower.

Was not aware our room was in the old motel connected to restaurant. Floor and bed was not level causing back and neck pain. Old decor but bathroom had been remodeled but never cleaned up drywall dust in corners, paint on light bulbs and Toilet was child level. Do not book in old section, cannot comment on other section.

Our third stay at Jacob Lake Inn. We have enjoyed it every time. The staff is great and the food is always good.

Rustic hotel with all the necessary amenities for a meal, good nights rest & close proximity to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Perfect spot!

We stayed one night on our way from the North Rim to Page. Room was large, comfortable, and clean. We had a small porch that overlooked trees. Very quiet. We also ate both lunch and dinner which were both very good. Everyone working there seemed very young but they were all friendly and helpful.
