We loved our stay at Thumper Pond. We stayed on a Thursday night and had the entire waterpark to ourselves for several hours that evening as well as the following morning. Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Was price friendly for a last minute stay with plenty of activities for us and our kids to enjoy.
My room had wall paper that was peeling off the walls and was very stuffy. It also had red stains on the carpet. There was plenty of space in the room and the bed and pillows were comfy.
Great room, arcade and pool were fun, food onsite was perfect!
fun slides in the pool area ( but getting old ), kiddie pool was too cool, the restaurant should bring the ordered food to the pool......but otherwise, great place, large room, comfortable, grounds are gorgeous, peaceful patio off the restaurant.
Pretty much great; though the room was a little dated.
We enjoyed our room with the jacuzzi. Family enjoyed the water park!
Great accomodations
All the linens had a horrible smell. Towels, sheets, pillow cases. I used a tshirt as a pillow case it was so bad. Never wrapped up in the blankets comfortably to avoid the smell.
The bed is huge and comfortable, overall cleanness is wonderful too.
Its a cool place but in desperate need of renovations.
