We came for a wedding and enjoyed it. Except we tried to go to Willy T’s and couldn’t sit down because the booked out the whole restaurant for Mother’s Day. We thought for as much as the room is there would be free breakfast or something

First time ever staying in a hotel, and I didn’t wake up with a backache!
USThe hotel was nice we stayed there for my grand daughters birthday so the could swim but there was so much chlorine in the pool it was literally making the kids cough and they could barely breathe so they didn't want to swim and that was the main reason for staying there was very disappointed
We had a King Jacuzzi Suite, the Jacuzzi died in the middle of using it. Also the cover on our heating unit for the room was loose so it was very loud every time it kicked in and rattled. They also charge for the Waterpark which is not stated when you make the reservation.
When checking in I was not told about any of the extra fees. Nothing was said about the resort fee or the fee to use the pool. I was asked if I wanted to use the pool, then asked to read and sign another form. I was told later by a family member there was a $10 fee to use the pool. There isn’t any where to eat breakfast on property or in town. It’s probably a 15-20 minute drive to get breakfast. The deadbolts on the main door and the adjoining room was broken. That being said, it is a nice property. Staff should be more upfront and informative.
It would have been nice to know that it was an additional charge to use the water park. The Wifi did not work when we were in our room. There was no fitness center.
Went on a business trip, said they had WiFi, but it didn’t reach either of the rooms I stayed in, on the 3rd and 2nd floor. Tv didn’t work. They said there was breakfast, and there wasn’t. That being said if I would’ve known I would’ve never stayed there.
The staff was very friendly! The water park was clean with plenty of tables to sit at. The kids loved the entire water park. We will definitely be back!
