The Artisan at Tuscan Village, Salem, NH, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

So much fun for a date night. Spent time at pool which was clean, had great towels and drink stand for beverages. Room was modern, clean, spacious and comfortable. Service amazing. Area was so fun, plenty of shops and restaurants. Live music in plaza our weekend. Overall, so fun!

I know this hotel is new. Everything was so nice and fresh. Loved first walking in and it smelled so nice. Every thing was clean and neat. Our room was nice as well. Definitely will stay there again.

As someone that travels a lot with Marriott brands and has been in hotel management for over 20 years, Im not often particularly impressed by hotel stays or their amenities. The Artisan is truly unique and iconic. They pay attention to every detail throughout. The lobby is very swanky, the rooms are very clean and the in-room amenities from the bedding to the decor and bathroom are top notch. The restaurant is beautiful, and the surrounding shops are a nice bonus. But the element of my stay that I was most impressed with was my greeting and arrival experience with Sean at the front desk on Sunday, July 20. Even though he was on the phone when I arrived, he smiled and acknowledged me immediately. He apologized for the wait and acknowledged my Bonvoy status. He was so personable and thorough and gave me directions to everything and explained the hours of operation of every outlet. He reviewed all the details of my stay, used an open hand when showing me to the elevators, and just absolutely nailed my check in. At one point, I was having a late snack in the lobby and when I got up to go upstairs. I forgot my phone. When I realized that I forgot it downstairs, I rushed back down in the elevator to find Sean standing there smiling with my phone in his hand. He walked right over and handed it to me and recognized me by name. He is the type of guest services associate that really makes a hotel stay. You need personalities like Sean's to really uplift every guest stay experience. I felt like he was a genuine friend and wasnt only great at his job, but enjoyed being there....he was there the next afternoon for my departure experience as well and thanked me for staying and gave me a voucher for a coffee before my long drive back home. Ill definitely be back for another visit and just wanted to extend my thanks and acknowledgement of Sean; a rare example of excellent guest services. Fantastic stay!

Property located in a very vibrant area with shops, restaurants and a beer garden. Hotel staff was amazing and room was very clean and we definitely will be back.

Front desk staff was very accommodating. Quick and easy check in. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Room was beautiful
