Ala Moana Condo by Zelloo

The rooms are in the hotel Ala Moana but the room is owned by Zelloo. The first day we got there, i let them know that the TV was not working and they said they will update me on when they will fix it, and no response regarding the TV after that. I messaged them that the toilet was clogged and no response from them. I had to go buy a plunger and unclog the toilet myself. We stayed there for 5 days and on day 2 we had no more clean towels left. I messaged them and was told to go to the pool and check them out from there but according to the hotel, towels from the pool need to be returned back to the pool. So i had to go buy towels to used for the remainder of my time there. The hotel was nice but the zelloo part was no help with issues or providing necessary supplies. Ran out of toilet paper on day 2 and i didnt even bother messaging since they did not help with anything. I just went and bought it myself. I would not recommend zelloo properties to any of my friends and i will never use them again in the future ever again. Lesson learned i guess.

Super hôtel

Amazing stay very upscale and clean. Views are amazing near shopping center. Stayed for the half marathon and near the convention center.

Superb location. The small refrigerator leaks, otherwise, everything is convenient. Parking is expensive.

Location is perfect for Attending Shinnyo Lantern Floating Hawaii. It’s an Easy walk to Magic Island/Ala Moana Beach. Ala Moana Center Mall, Hawaii Convention Center, and Don Quixote Super Market. It’s an enormous Hotel,60+ Years old and well maintained.

Room could have been cleaner. The shower curtain had mildew in it.

Check-in was frustrating — the manager made us wait a long time while they fixed paperwork issues on their end. Thankfully, Expedia stepped in and resolved everything quickly without me even having to ask. That’s why I always book with them. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to the mall, which was super convenient with a toddler. We also appreciated the buffet and on-site convenience store. Just be aware that parking is pricey — about $40 per night.

The room was clean and very nice. We wished there were more than 1 roll of toilet paper provided in the unit.

There are extra fees you have to pay after booking the accommodation, such as a resort fee and check in fee. I booked this accommodation because I thought it’d be cheaper than other options. They also only provide a limited supply of toiletries and will charge you for toilet paper. Overall, people are better off booking through the actual Ala Moana Hotel because it comes out being the same price and you can get house keeping, etc.

The dishwasher did not work. The communication with the rental company, Zelloo, was horrendous - never responding to phone calls or to emails. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of Hawaii and with the Attorney General's Office in Florida as the company Zelloo does not have a broker license to operate in Hawaii. The refregirator stank as if something died in it.
