Nice apartment but they cancelled our July 4 reservation .

Cancelled 2nd reservation because of maintenance.

The reservation was cancelled last minute by the property leaving us in a bind to find new accommodations on very short notice. Booking .com did not help us find anything else and did not respond

Very nice spacious rooms.

Checking in was difficult. Remote opening of the doors was problematic but we eventually worked it out. I would stay again if this issue is resolved.

The accommodation was spotless exactly per advert - I read of peoples difficulty getting access however we arrived phoned the number given quickly answered and remote access lets you in through 20 a lift then up to the 9 floor where you call again inside 2 sets of keys

Stunning, warm & comfortable apartment with amazing views & has everything you need. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Southampton in the future. I had a few questions before arrival & I got replies instantly, they were very helpful. Check in was straight forward, you ring the number provided and are given access remotely & are talked through the steps to get into the apartment.

The location was brilliant with excellent views. The rooms and layout were also exceptional.

The showers could have been cleaner, areas of mould and water damage to plaster Extractors were not working/switching on with a smell of mildew present I believe the listing mentioned air conditioning but there were no panels for this aside from a normal thermostat
