The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. A great location, close to beach and town. We found parking easy.

The only thing that let the place down was the cleanliness. There were crumbs on sofa, on chairs and in the fridge. Rubbish in a cupboard. Urine on the toilet bowl, particularly around the seat hedges.

Excellent location with plenty of free parking available outside. Lift making access to upper floors hassle free. Good facilities with everything needed for self catering including good sized fridge. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Bathroom and WC good standard and clean. Plenty of seating, good tv with several channels and a decent eating area and table for eating.

Front door access via keypad. Once the code is typed in the door only releases for a very short time. As somebody with restricted mobility this did initially cause an issues as the keypad is a little to the side of the door. The windows seemed to be shut with no way of opening them ? This made it a little bit warm, however electric fans were provided. Some of the cutlery was not fully cleaned after previous use - reflects more on previous guests, but with a quick wash of the items we needed / used this didn't cause a major problem.

Location was fabulous in a nice building, short walk to everything. Lovely apartment that had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfy, shower was great.

The quick turn around cleaning isn't being done properly. Toast crumbs on kitchen unit when we arrived, toothpaste splashes on mirror and wall by bathroom sink. Should at least provide washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towel in the kitchen. Just little things but make a huge difference

The windows could have done with a clean but there had been a storm which had caused rainy sand onto the glass …. But that’s the joy of being that close to the sea and beach

Very very difficult to open the sash windows, especially the ones in the kitchen where the room temperature had reached nearly 27degs in the evening. The kitchen windows are difficult to access as behind the sink and cupboards. Not enough cooking equipment- need more pots and pans and a salad bowl or mixing bowl. Also just 3 not 4 pasta bowls which are no good for cereal or other food. The top oven was burning as soon as it heated up, giving an awful smell when trying to cook a pizza and opening the oven. I think it just needed a major clean!There was a significant layer of dust on the hood and hob on arrival so we ended up cleaning all the surfaces ourselves. No hoover or broom in cupboard for us to do a quick daily clean, just a brush and pan which is not sufficient. It looked like the apartment may have had a quick basic clean and not used for a while??? But needs a deeper clean. its a shame it was like this. Also some instructions for how to use the ovens would be good, we worked them out as we have a similar model at home, but the induction hob was tricky- eventually worked out that a pan has to be on the surface for the hob to go on! Kettle wasn't very nice inside it, kitchen wall clock was not working, en suite bathroom wall lights had no pull switch, 1 bedroom window had no stoppers like all the windows. Shower screen door leaked alot of water on to the floor during shower. (photos attatched for these issues)

Closeness to the beach front and ease of access to appartment and parking. Instructions about apartment were good for entry and what was/wasn't included.

Only just enough cutlery for 4 people, one set each. Only 3 bowls and 3 wine glasses. Shower tricky to get in and out of and no slip mat in bath. No mirror in second bathroom. Food was found in cupboard. Windows in bathrooms not obscure so make sure the blinds are down all the time.

The property was beautiful, perfect location. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean.
