At the reception, when I got there nobody was around to attend to us. We had to wait for like 20 mins.

The apartment location is very convenient, just across the street from a train station. Super easy commute to different parts of London and Gatwick Airport. Beautiful view and spacious apartment. I recommend booking a higher floor a more expensive option for the best experience. Upon arrival we were mistakenly given a lower floor chaper apartment and it was not what we expected. Thankfully, landlord's customer support was able to provide a quick resolution and move us to a different apartment which was excellent. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I loved the whole place, it had an amazing view. The purpose of the trip was for an early mother's day gift to myself so that I could be with both of my children for the night as my daughter has now left home so we dont get alot of time together as a family so it was even more special. Thank you so very much

We had been told our late check out at 1pm had been approved however at 10.40am staff came to clean the room and said that my late check out had not been approved even though payment and confirmation had been sent they had told us we had to still leave at 11am so that was disappointing as we had to rush around to get out.
