- The view was lovely. - Great central location. - Toiletries were adequately provided. - Sainsbury’s just a few yards away is very handy. - The host responded quickly when issues were reported. - Complimentary late checkout offered, which was appreciated.

Our stay at this property was disappointing, and we unfortunately found several issues that affected our overall experience: - It’s a good job we weren’t staying here in the height of summer; the apartment was very stuffy due to there being no windows that could be opened. It was uncomfortably warm due to the lack of proper ventilation. Very poorly designed! - The ensuite bathroom door in one bedroom was misaligned, making it hard to close. - The bathroom was not cleaned properly on arrival. The inside of the vanity units was dirty, and the chrome towel rail was filthy, so I had to reach out to the host to have things sorted. - The carpets in the bedroom are obviously stained, something highlighted in previous reviews over a year ago, yet still not addressed. - The spotlights in the bedroom flicker continuously, which is uncomfortable. - The kitchenware provided is sparse and inadequate for practical use. - There was no broom, dustpan, or mop, so any spills were difficult to clean. - The sofa is small, low, and not very comfortable.

Perfect location just infront of the station , perfect view , nice comfortable bedrooms

1-Checking in must walk 1 kilometer to get the keys while they inform me 1 night before ! Which is horrible to anyone just arriving fm a long way flight ! 2-Lack of privacy 3-unprofessional management & lack of communication 4-some equipments isn’t working 5-I’ve sent to the property all my complaints & completely ignore it without any reply

Close to transportation , easily accessible, coffee shop on site, big Rooms spacious bathrooms en-suites, fantastic views. There was a surreal moment on Sunday night when we realised we were above the clouds kind of sort see pictures below.

We arrived on Sunday late afternoon and left on Tuesday morning had about six hours of Internet total. So if you have flights to Check into work to complete Internet was down and when we called and messaged we were told it’s working fine just click on the router name the issue was the router name wasn’t showing up even screen recorded videos but couldn’t send due to the way the app is set up. We were giving a substitute router name and still faced the same issues. Mobile signal also not great the higher up we were.

Upeat näkymät ylimmästä asuinkerroksesta (42. kerros, huone 4203). Sijainti East Croydonin juna-aseman vieressä, lyhyt matka Gatwickin lentokentälle ja kohtuullinen matka-aika Lontoon keskustaan. Asunto oli siisti. Kaksi kylpyhuonetta. Ulkoistetun vastaanottoa hoitavan yrityksen työntekijät olivat asiallisia.

Kohdekohtainen tiedottaminen oli surkeaa. Missään talon yhteydessä ei mainita Charles Hopen nimeä, täytyy osata mennä taloon, jonka nimi on Ten Degrees. Charles Hope ei itse ole läsnä kohteessa vaan tavoitettavissa ainoastaan chatin/puhelimen välityksellä. Ilmeisesti kaikkia Charles Hopen kohteita koskevat automaattitiedotteet eivät isolta osin pidä paikkaansa tässä kohteessa. Esim. wifiin kirjautuminen ei onnistu ohjeillaan eikä Charles Hopen palvelu osaa auttaa siinä. Etsi siis reititin ja katso sisäänkirjautumiseen tarvittavat tiedot suoraan reitittimeen kiinnitetystä tarrasta. Avunpyyntöviesteihin vastaaminen oli välillä hidasta ja sittenkin pompotellaan asiakasta ottamaan yhteyttä jonnekin muualle. Asunnosta löytyvät perustarvikkeet auttavat alkuun, mutta pidempään viipyvä joutuu hankkimaan niitä itse, kuten wc-paperia, astianpesukoneen ja pyykinpesukoneen pesuaineet jne Pyyhkeet olivat hirvittävimmät koskaan, pelkkiä nukkarättejä. Nukka tarttui suihkussa käytyä iholle ja siitä omiin vaatteisiin. Ota siis omat pyyhkeet mukaan, jos yövyt täällä. Asunto on kuuma, syyskuun alussa sisällä +26C (ulkona alle +20C), eikä ilmanvaihto toimi kuin ikkunaa avaamalla. Herkkäunisemmat saattavat kärsiä junaliikenteen äänistä. Periaatteessa asunto on parempaa tasoa, mutta kaikesta on karsittu niin rankasti, että kokonaisuutena jää huono tunne. Maksettu hinta ja Charles Hopelta saatu palvelu eivät missään nimessä kohtaa. Huom. Yhdellä peitolla nukkuminen ei onnistu meidän tapauksessamme, mutta lisäpeittoja ei ollut saatavilla edes lisämaksusta. Lisäpeittopyyntömme tyrmäämisen jälkeen jouduimme vaihtamaan jo maksettua huonetyyppiä. Meillä oli ilmainen peruutus. Maksu ja aiemman huonetyypin peruutus olivat samana viikonpäivänä. Booking.comin palautus oli merkittävästi pienempi kuin maksettu summa, eikä se ole perusteltavissa esim. valuuttakurssilla. Yli viikko sitten tehtyyn selvityspyyntöön palautetun summan määrästä ei ole tullut Booking.comilta minkäänlaista vastausta.

Very spacious well equipped apartment. Comfy beds, quality linen. Very nicely decorated. Excellent bathrooms...nice bonus having two. Literally across the street from the train station...plenty of shops etc in 5 min radius.

Honestly found the height unnerving. Floor to ceiling glass and windows that opened! On the 30 something floor. Freaked me out.

Everything - but especially the INCREDIBLE view. We had an apartment which was nearly at the top of the building and sitting in the dark, looking out with all the London skyline lights shining?! WOW.

The ensuite shower was blocked and so flooded the room every time we used it. The owners need to put a mop and bucket in the cupboard. And if you take the wrong train (as we did once) it will take 40 minutes to get into central London! (It normally takes 20 minutes).
