Communal amenities were good. Location was good with East Croydon station right across the road.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, not big enough for two people. No AC or fan, zero attention to detail. The bathroom towels are like hand towels. They would not give us extra toilet paper - even though we had booked for three days. Overall - very disappointing.

The location is good, close to East Croydon station.

The apartment block is extremely noisy, the bed is tiny so do not book it if you're sharing. There is a problem with the refuge system in the building - it smelt horrendous and no one warned us about this.

God beliggenhed 200 m fra East Croydon station, perfekt til rejse mellem Gatwick lufthavn (ca 15 min) og London Victoria (ca 15 min). God udsigt ( vi boede på 30 etage). Fin og velindrettet lejlighed, perfekt til familie på 4 (2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser og stort opholdsrum/køkken). Der var vaskemaskine og opvaskemaskine.

Rengøring var foretaget overfladisk - der var lidt plettet og støvet, men man kunne ordne det selv. Der manglede bestik (kun 3 gafler) og det blev ikke udbedret under opholdet, trods henvendelse herom. Noget larm fra station og livlig stemning fra streetfood (Boxpark)

Not easy getting to the hotel because it’s not actually called Charles Hope Hotel on the building And getting our luggage to the hotel from a car park wasn’t ideal
