Overall, it was a great experience, and the property was beautiful. My relatives loved it! The location was really convenient, and the check-in and check-out processes were seamless.

Booked a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at Charles Hope Croydon — one bathroom flooded within hours and was unusable. The damp smell was awful, and one of my kids had to sleep in the living room. We were left sharing one bathroom for the stay. Despite reporting it immediately, no one came to fix it. I cancelled plans to wait in and was ignored. Days later, they finally “escalated” it but did nothing. Shocking customer service, poor communication, and i'm chasing for my refund but they fob you off. I'll be taking further legal actions. Avoid.

Stay was fine. But communication was not good. You won’t get any help.

Beautiful view of London, clean, modern and comfortable

Only one sachet of milk - understand that people should buy own but would be nice to have a few sachets to tie over
