Charles Hope London Croydon

The building itself, the staff, location, the flat was nice. This was are second time at this property. We had an additional person with us then so stayed in a bigger flat which was very nice.

Problems with shower, very hot during the day luckily it was cool at night. Could not stay here during the summer. (No AC)Sent info to property about issues. Also fyi the table , coffee table, blinds are definitely showing wear.

Apartment on the 39th floor = great views from parts of the apartment. Downside - views of the taller tower behind. Items worn out = sofa, rusty toilet brush holder, dirty carpet in ensuite bedroom, cheap frying pan in a terrible state. Only 1 English tea bag and 7 mint tea bags? The rainforest shower heads don't work properly. They need replacing, especially the master bedroom one. Nice to have kitchen roll. Salt, pepper and sugar. Fantastic views from the 43rd floor, the master bedroom and the kitchen window. All other views are spoilt by the hulking white tower. Blinds were down throughout the stay as you are overlooked. The rooftop terrace is phenomenal for views. The staff were lovely in reception.

These units are not apartment hotels. No Hope for Charles Hope . Never stay in their apartments. Checkin is at 3pm but unit not ready. No fresh air and toilet extraction. No A/c ; No toilet paper No bathroom amenities. Room at check in was 29 degrees. They don’t have staff on site to help , resolve any issues in the apartment. Stay away from this Group

Again prepaid so had to put up with unhealthy environment

Good and central position right in front of east croydon station (and direct to gatwick airport). Amazing view over London

The apartments were modern

The noise even from the 8th floor was terrible and wind howling in the windows . I didn’t like that ther were no locks on the windows to make it child friendly
