Overall, the apartment hotel is good. However, it is not convenient for drop-offs or pick-ups because the street in front of the hotel is designated as a bus and tram zone only. Guests will need to be dropped off a block away to access the hotel. On the other hand, if you arrive at East Croydon Station, the hotel is located just across from the station.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to anyone.The unit itself is very comfortable, spacious and in a great location. Heat works well (30 degrees at night), hot water in shower, well equipment kitchen. Friendly concierge personnel.

The only issue, was that upon arrival at close to check-in time, the concierge had no record of my reservation. I had submitted all requested information well ahead of time, but the situation was immediately rectified with a phone call.

The apartment had an assortment of communal areas which is good for socialising with a other guests or tenants. The rental included access to the gym and spa facilities. Great view from the roof top with adjacent games rooms, personal theatre and bring your own drinks bar.

The room was smaller than is appeared in the photo, however most concerning was that the windows opened fully in such a tall building.

No where to park

I reported maintenance issue. Ie.e the freezer was full of ice frozen shut around not be used . It was never attended too. Reported no hot water issue at 10pm ad 12 am was told maintenance will attend to the issue in the morning and no one followed up. The amenities was almost empty when we arrived at the place. We went out and bought our own but in their add they say they get you started.

Spacious, great views, convenient location.

The standard of cleaning pre-arrival was poor, and facilities like cutlery etc need to be replaced with new - was a bit mix and match and the cutlery set was very sparse.
