"Rip off"

Booked for one night from booking.com However when waiting to here from them about how to get in after I'd paid.Got another e.mail from charles hope saying they wanted my passport info and self strange but ok then pressed next and took to another page were they wanted another 100 pounds .Didn't state this on booking.com do am sure they are braking booking.com policy. So phoned them up and said am not paying then I had to cancel were there is another fee .Still trying to get money back waste of time booking here and all the bad reviews you should listen too.Rip off

"Would stay again if problems solved"

The key box had the wrong code so it took 30mins getting into the property having had to call the office. The property was clean and comfortable although there wasn’t any hot water and the coffee machine was broken.

Location was perfect for my needs and having off street parking was very useful.

Very clean and tidy. A home from home everything was there in the apartment for you needed. Especially if you just wanted stay in and relax and chill.

As my partner and I are coffee drinkers there was no coffee available there was tea but very little milk and sugar. The shower kept fluctuating from hot cold. After going to the local shops I couldn’t get back in to the apartment through the front door due to either the door lock was broken or my code was not being recognised luckily my partner stayed in and she came and let me in if we had both gone out we would of both been locked out !!
