Royal 2bed apartment City Center

Everything.

Centraal gelegen, nette inrichting, leuk ontvangst d.m.v. Doos met lekkers, koffie thee etc.

Badkamer, tussen bad en douche erg vies, hout nat geworden, douchedeur sloot slecht, plafond nog in de primer.

Apartment was nice and spacious

Location was in a very busy commercial road. Sweepers at 0330am. Bins emptied very early, sign from cafe next door creaking all night. Apartment was so hot we thought heating was left on. Windows single glazed and very difficult to open, ann when open felt like sat outside.

The flat was in a great location and the host was responsive and flexible, allowing us to check in early on our arrival day. We really appreciated the welcome box as well. The apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed for our stay.

The bathroom is currently undergoing some repairs and it appears there may have been some flooding in the bathroom previous to our visit. It would also be nice to have mattress covers on the beds.

The location

Everything else. Place is well worn. Linens did not fit the bed. Shower door doesn’t close properly so the floor gets soaked. Basically, for the price paid it was not worth it. A complete overhaul is in order.

The space available was very good, as advertised. The flat is close to central attractions.

Had some difficulty with the keybox, but got it to work. The hallway smelled really bad. Inside, cleanliness in the bathroom was barely OK. Glasses in the kitchen area were not well washed. When we used the bath, there was a reflux of water up the drain in the shower that got everything dirty. We moped everything up, but it prevented half of our group from washing up. We made the property manager aware of this. There was little to do that night and we were leaving early the next morning to take a flight, so this wound up being a major inconvenience. We were not offered any type of compensation, which I find regrettable. There was no follow-up from the managers either after we left to apologize for this. The flat is of good size, but the building is a little run-down.

Somewhat loud location during the night. Entry from street didn’t match the high quality of the apartment itself.
