This place is spacious and in a good location. It was a 10 minute walk to all of Edinburgh’s attractions. There is an overnight car park around the corner. There are several places to eat nearby as well.

Gorgeous interiors and clearly had been lovingly renovated. Amazing location.

The blinds. The most horrible blinds I’ve ever dealt with, especially during summer when windows have to be open. Crappy metal, fully broken or lopsided pulls, not enough space to get them to lock while pulled, etc… just the worst possible options of window coverings I’ve ever seen. period. Like I will remember the blinds more than any other detail of this location.

Place was clean. Equipment was a joke. Notices about theft but no inventory. 1 tea spoon, 2 forks, 3 knives, no other cutlery. No peeler, grater, nothing. TV with no remote. windows that nearly shut, blind that was broken (string off) so couldnt be opened. No response from agents despite emails. We had to go out to eat or the 5 of share a tea spoon for soup etc.No information, no maps. In fact, nothing of anysort - no books, magazines etc Poor, very poor.
