We were missing a TV and we were missing a coffee maker and we were missing other things. I called and nobody helped me also the information for the Gate to get an originally was terrible and we waited 2 1/2 hours and nobody answered the phone at three in the morning and we had no way of getting into the apartment. Finally, I had to follow somebody else in. I called multiple times to get things done and nothing was ever fixed people. The people above us was partying and stomping all night and we could not sleep. I called multiple times to get somebody to help and nobody returned our calls. It was a horrible Christmas experience.

The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. So it was inconvenient to begin with. When we were taking our things to our car to leave (this was at 10:15 am and we had until 11 am to leave) we got locked out of our room - the keypad no longer responded at all and we couldn’t put the garage remote in the room and had to leave it at the front desk. Luckily all of our personal belongings were out of the room. So the property itself was EXCELLENT but the garage/parking situation…very inconvenient. Especially in such a busy area.

Easy check-in. For being a residential property, the specific parking and doors were clearly marked for entry to my suite. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Jennifer, who checked up on me at my check-in to make sure I had everything I needed for my stay. I had a very good experience and hope to book with them again on my next visit to Knoxville.

This was a great location to downtown and offered everything we needed for our stay. Easy access and roomy for our family.

Save your money, I promise you it is not worth it. Where do I even start? The communication was pointlessly confusing on how to enter and find the unit. When I got in, there were no instructions on WiFi, and when I wanted to use the fitness center or any of the amenities, there were zero instructions on that. I had to call the customer service number which was outsourced. The bed is SUPER CHEAP, it’s simultaneously too firm while being bouncy?? I had to put down an extra comforter that had stains on it just so I wouldn’t wake up with back pain. Speaking of stains, there were stains on the bedding, the extra comforter, a brown stain on my CLEAN towel, and stains on the pillow. The shower barely got “hot” and didn’t stay there long, even on the max heat. It’s also an apartment so if anyone is above you, you’ll hear them at 11pm — trust me. On top of all of this, they tell YOU to take the trash on your way out even though the housecleaning fee is exorbitant. These people make way too much money off of these properties to make it such a cheap experience. The convenience to Market Square isn’t worth it, spend your money on a reliable hotel instead.

The property was extremely clean. Downtown Knoxville a short distance to walk.

Great place and great location. Will definitely stay again.

The only issue we had was the unit entry code kept asking for 6 digits but we only received a 4 digit code so we had to call to get a new code and the lock reset. Also, the wifi password was incorrect so that needed another phone call. Besides that, it was a great place and walking distance to downtown. Will stay again.
