Arrived to rubbish in the hallway (which stank) and soiled bed linen that had not been collected. The smell was so horrible that we had to leave the apartment right away for a few hours. At 10:30 the morning of check out, a woman walked into the apartment without knocking to tell us check out was at 11. It was a complete disaster

Location was great and close to a tram stop for easy access to the city centre.

We paid for secure parking and unfortunately the key fob provided did not allow us to gain access to the car park and had to park on the street. The money was refunded without any issues though. Steep stairs up to second floor where bedroom are located. Some of the photos used in the advert are not of the place we stayed in.

Clean, spacious, modern and brand new, several tea bags provided, and also secure parking for £15 per night is worthed.

Blinds let in the light

The property was not fully cleaned and the instructions was not clearly explained. The windows were wide open upon arrival. The doors were all closed and one of the doors were also locked. We did not feel safe and had to leave the property the same night.
