Charles Hope Manchester Townhouses

Rooms were spacious and generally quite modern. Location is perfect too for tram access. However, I struggled to find the parking area (no link sent to me) and speaking to others staying with Charles Hope they also had the same issues.

The ‘cleanliness’ of the property. I have a one and half year old who walks and crawls everywhere so imagine my horror when I walk in to the apartment and find multiple clumps of hair in the apartment. Imagine my horror further when I go in their room and find a used condom wrapper and my son (5) asks me “what’s that daddy” I spoke to the staff and they promised to come out and clean it next day. We went out and came back around 3pm and no one had been around. Told them this and they decided to send a cleaner unannounced while my children were napping late afternoon (when I leave the next morning) Also, the blind in the front room didn’t work so in the evening we couldn’t stay in the front room as everyone could see inside the building and the windows are huge.( also noted to them and no offer to sort) As lovely as the apartment was, the above really soured our experience. To note, Charles Hope have just ignored my messages now and offered no type of reimbursement for my (costly) stay.

Was fab spotless better than expected

Location was exceptional, good value for money. Host very responsive and plenty of information was given prior to arrival. Property was exceptional, everything worked and was extremely clean.

Brilliant location, excellent and really clean townhouse with brilliant price. Excellent communication via staff. Available on the phone without any delay.. No complaint at all. We will definitely come back to stay there.

Loads of space and everything you could want was there!

A bit of hassle with the access code, but everything sorted after a quick phone call.

Excellent accommodation, new and clean. Great location, tram stop and shop a few minutes walk. Nice quiet and secure location. Would definitely book again.

Few minor things, when registering I accidentally loaded wrong ID picture and system wouldn't let me correct. Also when stay details were sent on the location was incorrect, seems there is another Princess St in Manchester. Last issue was pictures advertising the property showed a gym. When I enquired about access to it I was told it was only accessible if you were staying 3 months or more.

Great location, neat and lush.

The heating in one of the rooms wasn’t working and there was a weird smell from the bathrooms ( might be the drainage)
