Nice modern apartment with excellent facilities.

All good.

2 story apartment is ideal for family to stay, close to tram station, local shop and take aways. Kids playground behind the building, inside is spotless and very handy facilities such as washing machine and coffee machine. Charles Hope staff member Jason I think in particular was a pleasure to deal with after few booking issues and getting check in details

Outside the step is a little over grown with weeds, building barrier next to steps, over flowing letter box

Honestly, the location is pretty great, not far from the tram lines, plenty of ubers kicking around, it's super quiet, super modern, in the apartment we stayed in there was 3 toilets. Honestly, very well looked after and honestly can't wait to come back.

If I had to nitpick - the bedroom blinds weren't very effective for british summer time, they let in A LOT of light. Also the beds are quite firm, but again this is a personal preference, still slept fine, but honestly would come back in a heartbeat.

Property is lovely, clean, large and has everything to make your stay pleasant, However! The issues lie with check in, it’s not easy. Parking is a nightmare too, you need to dump the car on double yellows, run around to your room try and get the access code to work on the door, grab the key thob from the kitchen table, run back to your car and park the car in the car park, making sure you don’t have a parking ticket! Then park the car in the designated space which has been taken by another car! then make your way back to your accommodation, challenge annika springs to mind lol!

The property itself was fabulous - well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It was great value for a family stay over.

The amount of communication I had with the managing company before they finally released the entry code. I think we exchanged two emails and close to 20 messages over two days, even after I’d provided passport identity for everyone staying AND an extra deposit, paid on my card not through booking.com. It very stressful & out of all proportion for a night’s accommodation.

The property is very nice - modern, well equipped, clean and in a great location. The property itself suited our family (2x adults, 2 x kids) really well.

Booking parking was extra-ordinarily difficult - there are inaccurate instructions and assistants couldn't accurately answer simple questions. Getting into the car park was also very difficult - the remote assistant (whilst doing the best she could) had to direct me to 3 different flats in the same block before we found a car park access fob. In sum, pre-booking and initial access to parking was enormously frustrating and personally cost me about 2hrs in wasted time, undermining the quality of an otherwise very good product.
