Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guest living within a 15 miles radius of the property will be required to pay a refundable security deposit of £500.

"Great location, especially for Manchester Marathon!"

Location, space, and comfort.

Cleanliness - the floor in the kitchen/living room was so sticky we had to clean it ourselves when we first arrived. The main bedroom blinds were also broken which meant a lot of light came in early in the morning.
