Excellent choice in Porto. Location is perfect, right on the waterfront at the end of the action. View from the room is simply stunning (recommend river view). Staff are friendly and professional. Hotel is super modern with great features and attention to detail that take it to the next level.

Rooftop restaurant was amazing! Brazilian BBQ! Pool was clean and nice. Rooms were large, comfortable, clean amd chic!

**A truly memorable stay** From the moment we arrived, the service was fabulous — discreet yet exceptional. The food was delicious, and the rooftop bar was a genuine *wow* moment with stunning views. The hotel offered a peaceful, inspiring atmosphere, yet was just a short walk from all the action. Our room was exceptionally large and comfortable, and the team went above and beyond to make a 60th birthday celebration special with thoughtful touches and celebration services. Memorable in every way — we will definitely be back.

The hotel has an amazing view of the bridges over the Douro River and the beautiful city of Porto. The morning sunrise is nothing short of spectacular as the sun rises over the bridge and the city central, simultaneously. The rooms are very clean and the balcony is very spacious. I rated my stay as a 5 with one slight hesitation. The first night of our stay, after a long day of travel, I planned to use the rooftop restaurant for a quick cocktail before retiring for the night. The front desk had made it clear that the rooftop lounge was open till midnight. I arrived at 11:32 PM. Despite other customers sitting on the rooftop deck until midnight, I was only given the option of buying a drink and taking it to my room because they didn’t allow new customers after 11:30 PM Honestly, that makes no sense. I would’ve understood it better if I could not buy anything. Thus, my first impression was I was dealing with a management team that wanted to go home as soon as possible. A terrible early impression that rubbed me extremely wrong, and for the most part, I boycotted rooftop restaurant for my stay. Please know that one the criteria I use to pick a hotel is “does it have a rooftop lounge.” Again, I can’t stress how upset I was. The front desk staff even went up to speak with the roof top manager and was denied. With that said, I could not have been more impressed with the front desk’s cheerfulness, courtesy and the name recognition on the front desk for my wife and me. Further, the morning breakfast team worked incredibly hard to serve and satisfy their morning guests with smiles and efficiency. Overall, “Bravo” to the hotel and it’s staff.

Great location, close to most attractions in the area, walkable within 2 hour; clean and comfortable room. Will definitely recommend it.

The property is beautiful. Our room so so large, beautifully furnished & equipped, with a large, comfortable terrace.
